Frequently Asked Questions Billing Q. Can I pay with a credit card? A. No. In as much as we would love to allow you do just that, we have not yet gotten a way to fully support it.
Q. What do I do if I am not satisfied with any product/service I pay for on this site?
A. We will fully refund you any amount paid minus handling charges if your reason(s) for not being satisfied is as a result of our mistakes or our inability to deliver on promises we have made.
Q. What happens if for some reasons I am unable to pay for my website annual subscription on schedule?
A.hile we hate to do this, we simply do not have any option than to disable the subscription until the annual fees are paid in full. This is done to protect both Just Web Services and your business.
However, our Billing Team will send 2 billing reminders (via email) to all Just Web Services clients 2 weeks and 1 week before the expiration of the current subscription. If you must, please do send an email to
